A WINNING TRADITION

Hinckley has long been known as a “baseball town,” fielding competitive teams at the high school, American Legion and amateur town team levels.

The Hinckley Knights boast league championships in 1977, 1979, 1980, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1990, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1999, 2004, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2012, 2022, 2023;
 

The Kinghts have posted league playoff championships in 1970, 1972, 1974, 1977, 1978, 1981, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1990, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1999, 2000, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2022 

The Knights won regional championships in 1974, 1978, 1987, 1990, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1997, 2010, 2023;

The Knights have appeared in the state tournament in their division 25 times, including: 1951, 1956, 1958, 1959, 1970, 1972, 1974, 1978, 1981, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1997, 2000, 2010, 2014, 2015, 2022 and 2023.

Their best finishes in the state tournament were 3rd place in three different years: 1956, 1959 and 1989.
